2. USE OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT
A. Responding to Your Requests. We may use the information we collect to respond to your requests. For example, if you request information about one of our products or services or ask to receive one of our publications, we may use personal information such as your name, postal address, and email address, to respond to your request.
B. Our Marketing Purposes. With your consent, we may use the information we collect for our own marketing purposes including notifying you of new products and services, special promotions, offers, and events. We may also link personal information about you with information collected through Tracking Technologies and use such information for our own marketing purposes. If you do not want us to use your personal information for marketing purposes, you may opt-out of such use in accordance with the “How to Opt-Out” section below. In some instances, you may also opt-out of the use of information collected through Tracking Technologies for online behavioral advertising in accordance with the “How to Opt-Out” section below.
C. Sharing with Others for Marketing Purposes. With your consent, we may share the information we collect with Our Affiliates and third parties for their marketing purposes or for joint marketing purposes. If you do not want us to share your personal information with Our Affiliates or third parties for marketing purposes, you may opt-out of such sharing in accordance with the “How to Opt-Out” section below.

6. OTHER WEBSITES AND SOCIAL MEDIA
We are not responsible for the information collection or privacy practices of other sites, including sites operated by our business partners or other third parties. Our Sites may contain links to other sites, including websites of third parties that may use our name under a co-branding agreement and plug-ins or widgets connected to social media sites. If you click on these links, your interactions are governed by the privacy policies of the third party site. You should review and understand the privacy policies posted on any linked sites you visit before using those sites or providing any personal information on them.
7. ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION
You may access, update, correct, or request deletion of your personal information which is in our custody and control by emailing us at email@example.com. We may request certain personal information from you for the purposes of verifying your identity, and will try to respond to your request within 30 days. Please note that we will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, contractual requirements, and as necessary to reasonably manage our business.
We have implemented administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of personal information in our custody or control. However, we cannot guarantee that these safeguards will prevent the unauthorized access, use or disclosure of your personal information. 9. PERSONS UNDER AGE 18
We do not knowingly collect or allow the collection of personal information from persons under 18 years of age at our Sites.
